A fine and impressive antique Victorian 0.62 carat natural blue sapphire and 0.29 carat diamond, 15 carat yellow gold three stone dress ring; part of our antique jewellery / estate jewelry collections.
This impressive Victorian sapphire and diamond ring has been crafted in 15 ct yellow gold.
This fine ring displays a feature 0.29 ct Old European round cut diamond, four claw set in subtle relief to the centre of the pierced decorated 15 ct yellow gold rectangular frame.
The diamond is flanked on either side with an oval cut, natural blue sapphire, individually set in supporting pierced decorated rectangular frames.
The subtly flared ring shoulders are embellished with a deep groove and a ribbed design at the junction with the plain hallmarked yellow gold ring shank.
The hallmarks include the Birmingham assay office (anchor), the 15 ct hallmarks (15 and 625), the date letter for 1884 (k) and some maker’s marks (NB).
This Victorian yellow gold sapphire ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
