An 18th century mahogany and satinwood bow fronted double corner cabinet.
The cabinet could possibly be Irish made and is profusely inlaid with satinwood fan inlays and a panel in the shaped pediment.
The cabinet is in two parts, the top with a single glazed door and the base with a single satinwood veneered door.
The top has a fourteen pane astragal glazed door with a domed top.
The frame around the door has fan inlays, star and marquetry inlays and box wood lines.
The top of the cabinet has a moulded cornice with an inlaid frieze below and a shaped pediment above that is mounted with three turned wood urns.
The cupboard base has a single bow door with an oval satinwood centre panel that has segmented veneers divided by line inlays and in the centre a marquetry vase with flowers.
The frame surrounding the door has line inlays and inlaid urns.
The cabinet has two shaped shelves to the top and a bow shelf in the cupboard base.
The cabinet is in good original condition with a few chips and marks to the wood. (Circa 1780)
