Object Description
George II period 18th century oak dresser. This dresser provides lots of lovely storage space while not being very deep front to back. The mouse resistant upper cupboards with bars on the doors are interesting. There are six large drawers and three small drawers and two large cupboards below. The door fronts have a vernacular two dimensional version of a linen fold design and the whole piece has attained a good deep colour with remarkable patination.
