Object Description
George III period serving table of serpentine form, made of mahogany with boxwood stringing. This antique serving table is a graceful form with thin top and thin square taper legs. The finish is smooth and even and it is in remarkably good condition. The drawers linings are made of oak and the dovetails are hand cut and precise as one would expect of the best furniture of this period. This sideboard is narrow in depth, so will not encroach too far into the room, while the deep drawers afford lots of storage space.
