An 18th century Georgian oak spindle back arm chair.
The chair has a shaped and pierced top rail to the back with two rows of turned spindles, fourteen in total and a drop in pad seat.
The arms and arm supports are shaped, the front legs are square with a chamfered inner edge and a moulded corner edge, the back legs kick out and are square and chamfered like the front.
The chair is made from solid oak and in good original condition. (Circa 1780)
