A late 19th century Japanese Meiji period (1864-1912) Satsuma pottery vase.
The vase is decorated with six full length hand painted Samurai warriors and dignitaries along with panels of specimen patterns.
The vase is in good original condition with no marking or signature underneath. (Circa 1890)
