A late 19th to early 20th century tall oil decanter.
The decanter has a facet cut neck and lower body and a ground base.
The decanter has a silver plated handle that is held to the neck by a plated serpent.
The cork stopper has a plated top and is held to the handle by a fine chain.
The decanter is in good condition, the plated top to the cork stopper is worn. (Circa 1900)
