These exceptional vintage English 9ct yellow gold napkin rings have an octagonal shaped form.
The surface of these vintage napkin rings are plain and individually embellished to one panel with the contemporary engraved initials ‘E.E’ and ‘E.F’.
Each napkin ring features the contemporary engraved date ‘June 19th 1940’ to the interior surface.
These exceptional napkin rings are fitted to the original hinged leatherette presentation box with satin and velvet lined interior, securing with a push fit catch.
The interior of the cover bears the retailer’s mark ‘Charles Packer & Co. Ltd, 76 Regent St, London, W.’.
Such fine examples, crafted in 9ct yellow gold, are becoming increasingly difficult to locate.
