Consisting of a dagger, a pair of earrings, a bracelet and ‘talahiq,’ a solid silver gunpowder bottle, or flask, this Omani silver presentation set, housed in a velvet lined frame with four quadrants is crafted from sterling silver and silver filigree. Made in Oman in the early twentieth century, the immaculate modelling of the silver is suitably displayed, to create an elegant gift set that demonstrates the quality and appeal of Middle Eastern metalwork of the past century.
The flask is marked ‘Oman / 935.’
