Object Description
A rare Kate Harris silver tazza or centrepiece. This is one of two known, the other having also been sold two years ago by The Peartree Collection. Known by its design drawing registered by William Hutton & Sons on 28th January, 1901 number 369260. This tazza is hallmarked for Connells of Cheapside, who are known to have retailed under their mark many Kate Harris’ pieces made by William Hutton. This large tazza is a stunning example of Harris’ work.
