Object Description
A pair of large English XVIII Century pickled pine and composition fire surrounds. With egg and dart moulding, swags, scrolls and cherubs. Probably pickled in the 30’s, when it was fashionable. Illustrated is one of two dozen XVIII Century cut iron nails, which held the fire surrounds to the wall.
