Object Description
A Queen Anne period oak bureau bookcase, the double domed top with 2 long doors opening to reveal an interior with adjustable shelves, the lower section with a well finished stepped interior above graduated drawers supported on bracket feet. This piece was decorated with a ground of red Japanning and relief gilded Chinoiserie designs in the 1920s.
