Object Description
This rare small bureau cabinet made in two sections, the upper with double dome deep mouldings to the top and returns with shaped bevelled Vauxhall glass mirrored doors with engraved stars enclosing shelves and concave shaped fitted interior of pigeon holes and drawers with a well and secret drawers over two short and three moulded edged drawers, raised on bun feet.
Similar in design to work by Hugh Grainger, Aldermanbury, London, one of the most eminent cabinet makers of the period
