Object Description

An extremely beautiful Platinum (marked) Three Stone Sapphire and Diamond Ring (the perfect Engagement Ring), centrally four raised “Double Claw Set” with a fine Oval Natural Sapphire assessed as being of 1.40 Carats of Medium Light Violet Blue with indications of thermal enhancement, supported on either side by two “Old Round Cut” Diamonds assessed as approximately 0.65 carats (total – un-weighed), of F Colour and VS 2 – SI 1 Clarity. The above assessment has been verbally provided by an Independent Gemmologist (full certification, if required, is available with this purchase).

Object History

It should be noted that thermal enhancement readings in Sapphires often arises in Sapphire jewellery produced post 1915. , meanwhile un-heated Sapphires (irrespective of age) are extremely rare and minor treatment is scarce.
