Object Description

Particularly quaint Roman light-coloured glass jar and displays a delicate, dark blue trailing around the body. The zigzag trailing is slightly irregular and overcome by a thin line. The neck is short, with a simple plain rim above a rib and the base is slightly concave.
Period: 3rd – 4th century AD

Object Condition

Very fine, intact, encrustations cover the surface.
