A very decorative Anglo Indian and elegant Porcupine Quill Ebony work/Knitting very fine Inlaid Basket.
Attributed to the town Matara in Sri Lanka.
Standing on turn feet

In very good strong condition.
Still in original old used condition with very fine old patination.
For a quill basket it is in top condition what means, not bended or out of level top ebony rim, with a beautiful original patination.
