Object Description
A most attractive and useful 19th century oak shelf or wall bracket, that can hang or sit on a table or marble shelf, with two open compartments above a hinged lidded candle box, which could be used for spoons, candles or small culinary items. It has three separate sections, with shaped and stepped sides and all attached to a one piece backboard with a suspension hole to the shaped top. The whole has a pleasing medium colour and retains a patination.
