A wonderful early black and white curling photograph. The photo is mounted and framed in a reeded oak frame with original gold slip. The scene shows a gentleman about to send a granite curling stone down the ice with a large group of onlookers. Amongst the onlookers are two fellow curlers each holding a curling besom (brush), and a few official looking chaps. This is a very nice image. Photographic studio unknown.
