Object Description
“You are always on my mind”, immortalised by a pair of enamelled golden pansies, because in the language of flowers the pansy expresses loving thoughts.
Pansy, the name of the pretty flower, indeed comes from the French word pensée; “to think or ponder over something”. Blue is the colour for fidelity and white symbolises purity.
Around 190-1920, Carter, Gough & Co was one of the Newark group of American manufacturers that produced an abundance of florally inspired jewellery, often embellished by polychrome enamels.
The original Screw Back non-pierced system fits comfortably and securely to your ears, on the earlobes or as Cuff earrings.
