Angler’s Japanned Tin Fly Reservoir.
A Japanned tin fly cabinet/box with six slide out, removable fly boxes. The six slide out boxes are also black japanned tin fly boxes. They have a cream interior and transparent celluloid lids so that the flies inside may be seen. The lids with clasps to keep the windows closed. Each removable fly tin has two plastic rectangles at the edges so you can write and label the contents of each tray. The first five boxes have six compartments for flies, the last one has three. There are some dressed flies in the two top boxes. There is a carry handle to the top and a padlock clasp so the fly reservoir can be locked. Maker unknown but is of a high quality, very similar to the kind of items Hardy Bros. would make.
