Antique Louis XVI style dining table by Mercier Frères

This beautiful Neoclassical style dining table is crafted from mahogany, satinwood, and gilt bronze. The table is designed with an oval top, which can be extended and lengthened by varying degrees by the insertion of three leaves. Below the tabletop, the brass-banded and rosette-mounted apron is supported by four columnar legs, each leg of square profile and mounted with fine gilt bronze ornamentation.
