A good quality Regency style mahogany framed armchair with square section back rest and reeded arms. This handsome antique library chair stands on tapering square section front legs with the original brass and ceramic castors.
There is minor damage to the cane-work back but all other cane-work is in good condition.
The chair has 2 fitted squab cushions recently upholstered in a crimson hide.
This comfortable and practical armchair is a very popular style being of a good height for rising from or using with a desk and is in good sound condition.
