Object Description
This is a rare and unusual antique French novelty ‘pen and pencil’ walking cane, circa 1890 in date.
The stick with one section unscrewing to reveal a fountain pen, another a propelling pencil and the handle unscrews to reveal an ink well. The painted specimen hardwood tapering shaft is complete with it’s original ferrule.
It is a lovely item and as such would be appreciated by any collector of walking sticks or canes.
