This is a truly splendid antique Italian oil on canvas painting featuring a period interior scene by Sandro Bini, circa 1870 in date.
This beautiful oil painting depicts a period domestic interior with grandparents, mother, children and a cat drinking from a bowl, signed S. Bini on the lower right hand side.
It is housed in it’s magnificent original giltwood frame which adds extra splendour to this remarkable work of art.
