Object Description
This is a very attractive pair of antique early Victorian silverplate wine bottle coasters, they bear the makers mark of the renowned silversmith Robert & Hall and date from circa 1870.
They feature attractive beading with circular fretwork. The coasters have turned wooden bases, with a central silverplate boss. The wooden bases are covered in green felt verso.
