Object Description
159 – Antique pen and ink box made of very fine cut of rosewood with turned fruitwood handle and contra-foliate scrolling to the lid and with gadrooning all around the top edge.
There is a pull out side drawer with maker’s label. The drawer lining is mahogany. The quality of construction and timber are the best available. There are two matching crown inkwells.
