Object Description
Antique Regency period mahogany library table or writing table standing on turned legs with brass casters and caps and rope twist decoration typical of the Regency period. This is a useful desk as it is unusually high for the period which makes it easier to work from and also gives it generous amounts of knee room. There are drawers one side with ebonised decoration and the table is finished on the reverse without drawers and is freestanding. The leather is nice and old, but probably too worn for most applications, so a new leather will be fitted as required. Please enquire for details.
