This is a charming antique silver plated rowing boat toast rack, which also could be used as a letter rack, bearing the diamond registration mark which dates it to circa 1870.
The toast rack features a rowing boat as its base with six divisions in the form of crossed oars, it has a laurel wreath loop handle.
