Object Description
This is a wonderful small English antique Victorian silver plated salver, C1870 in date.
It has superb engraved decoration, is raised on three elegant legs and bears the makers mark of Fenton Bros, Sheffield on the underside, along with the Victorian Registration number.
There is no mistaking its unique quality and design, which is sure to make it a treasured piece by any discerning collector.
Condition:
In excellent condition with clear makers marks and no dings, dents or signs of repair. Please see photos for confirmation.

Fenton Brothers of Sheffield
The Fenton Brothers firm was established in 1875 at South Moor Works, East Street, Sheffield by John Frederick Fenton and Frank Fenton. The firm became a limited liability company in 1896 as Fenton Brothers Ltd. Manufacturer of both sterling silver and silver plated wares. Folding biscuit boxes were a popular item.
