The centre has a finely engraved decorative border with eagles, flowers, scrolls and swags. The cast border has a classical pierced decoration of urns and face masks flanked by panthers; the rope border has vine leaf ornament. Weight 2316 grams, 74.4 troy ounces. Diameter 45.4 cms.
