Object Description

An excellent quality steel fleam, having a strong interior spring and release trigger, possibly made by a gunsmith. The sharp steel blade pulls back against the spring and locks in place until released by the hinged trigger. It is contained in a small hand made well used fitted pine box with a sprung metal lock.

Box dimensions: 4 inches (10 cm.) wide, 2.50 inches (6.5 cm.) deep and 1.75 inches (4.5 cm.) high
