Object Description

An antique Victorian sterling silver and cut glass lemonade jug which has a plain silver mount, a hinged silver lid with a pierced thumb piece and a plain shaped handle which is comfortable to hold. The tall tapered shaped glass body is particularly appealing with a combination of hobnail cutting and patterned decoration and it rests on a flat star cut base. There is a plain cylindrical glass container which has been designed to hold the ice and it fits neatly within the body of the jug. The glass ice container has a plain silver mount and lid with a simple silver knob finial on the top. This jug would be perfect for serving Pimms as well as lemonade and would look eye catching displayed on the table.

Complimentary worldwide postage with insurance is included within the price of this silver and glass lemonade jug.
