This is a super antique Victorian sterling silver trinket box measuring 4” (10 cms) x 1 3/4″ (4.5 cms).
It weighs 71.8 grams /2.3 troy oz and is hallmarked for Birmingham 1895 with the silversmiths mark for Henry Matthews.
This lovely box is gilded inside and the whole item is in excellent condition.
