This is a super antique William IV hallmarked sterling silver salver / tray measuring 9” (23 cms) across and hallmarked for Sheffield 1839 with the silversmiths mark for James Dixon & Sons.
It sits on three lovely pierced feet and weighs 460 grams /14.7 troy oz.
It has a pretty bold rim with super decoration and there are no inscriptions or monograms.
