This is a superb antique William IV hallmarked sterling silver teapot weighing 708.4 grams and measuring 10 1/2″ (27 cms) across from handle to tip of spout x 6 1/2″ (16.5 cms) tall to the top of the handle and in excellent condition.
It’s hallmarked for London 1836 with the silversmiths mark for William Hewitt.
This lovely teapot is nice and clean inside making it perfectly usable and holds 2 1/2 pints.
It has beautiful floral decoration with a pretty flower finial and is in excellent condition, no repairs or damage and perfectly usable today.
