This is a super antique William IV sterling silver vinaigrette hallmarked for Birmingham 1830 with the silversmiths mark for John Bettridge.
It measures 1 3/4″ (4.5 cms) across x 1 1/4″ (3 cms) and is in very good condition with no damage at all.
It has a hinged lid which opens to reveal the beautiful silver gilt grille and it weighs 52 grams.
The lid is engraved ‘Mr E McJ 1841’.
