York provincial silver. An antique sterling silver bowl of small proportions. Good weight and bright original gilding. Hand engraved to the front is a double crest. Weight 215 grams, 6.9 troy ounces. Height 7.2 cm. Diameter 11 cm. York 1836. Maker Barber & North.
This handsome bowl is in very good condition with no damage or restoration. Stamped on the body with a full set of clear English hallmarks. The crests still have good definition.
