Art Deco Blue Zircon and Diamond Ring circa 1930.
The 1.75 carat round cut pale blue zircon is set with six double platinum claws in a gold raised pierced out gallery and complemented by foliate design diamond set platinum shoulders. The total diamond spread measures approximately .10 carat. leading to an 18 carat yellow gold plain band shank, marked 18CT. The head of the ring measures 12mm across. To the reverse the zircon and diamonds are set into open backed settings, which allow the light to shine through.
This lovely Zircon would be ideal as an engagement ring or dress ring.
