Art Deco Lepaute Very Interesting Electrical Wall Clock.
The metal frame with Ebonised wooden panels on four sides.
Signed on the dial Lepaute Electrique, Lepaute was a dynasty in clock making in France started in the early 18th century.
They where known for making high quality clocks.
The movement is executed in the style Brillie clocks.
The clock is in wonderful original condition the fully working order movement has been serviced and is running on 1.5v batteries.
Still with the original pendulum , hands, dial , the original coil windings and marble back plate
