Object Description
Circa 1880. Attractive late Victorian two-part oak open bookcase. Surmounted by a moulded cornice, the upper section with four shelves flanked by fluted pilasters. The base in a beautiful quarter-cut oak with a full length drawer with foliate carving and cast brass handles above two deeper shelves, flanked by fluted pilasters with carved corbels, all sitting on an enclosed plinth base. Lovely colour and patina.
