This late 19th century handsome example has a muted grey field complementing the monochrome overall drawing, framed by a wide yellow border. The design in the central field is creatively repeated in a variety of natural vegetable dyed colour combinations. With it simple naive drawing and settled colour scheme, it would nicely complement both classic or contemporary spaces.
