A mahogany Colonial Campaign Side Table with pine used for the secondary word.
The legs are heavily carved with a floral design and are bolted to the underside of the top to make them removable for travel. The thumb bolts are off set so that the legs can only fit in one position. The top has a simple, over hanging moulded edge.
This is an unusual Campaign Table which perhaps belies its colonial history but it is a useful size as a side table or for a lamp etc. and is sturdy when set up. Late 19th Century.
