Object Description
A stunning pair of diamond and pearl long drop earrings by Cartier c.2015 from the Évasions Joaillières collection, the earrings designed as a long tapering articulated drop-shaped plaque of geometric open work design in 18ct white gold, set throughout with round brilliant cut diamonds and surmounted by a single round diamond claw set stud, each earring has a single round cream pearl towards the base of the drop and suspends three small diamond drops from the end, they have post and clip fittings. These wonderfully glamourous earrings are so elegant in their design and have been beautifully made, the diamonds are well matched bright and lively and the drops dance in the light with the wearer’s movements. This design is loved by Royalty and movie stars with the actress Monica Bellucci wearing them to the Cannes Film Festival in 2006, Glenn Close wearing them to the 2019 BAFTAS and a pair recently selling from an important Royal Collection. Whether or not you wear them on a red carpet or to a Royal occasion, these earrings are sure to make you feel a million dollars!
