Object Description
Chinese bombe form blue and white porcelain censer. Made at the kilns at Jingdezhen for the Chinese market.
Painted to the sides with ‘dings'(incense burners) vases of flowers or peacock feathers separated by ‘the hundred precious things’ or Daoist symbols
excellent colour and painting.
The censer is a more unusual size being on the smaller side than most. These type of censers were much sort after in the west as jardinières or bulb planters.
