Object Description
Early 19th century Regency antique breakfast table, unusually made from oak with oak crossbanding. The base and leg arrangement is very tastefully drawn, the legs are long and slender with elegant knee and the column has a very pretty stylised flower motif over a reeded section. The edge of the top has an intricately carved decoration around the lower lip of the frieze. The oak is a very nice colour and the crossbanding is made from an especially interesting cut of it with lovely swirling grain pattern.
