Object Description

Early 19th century mahogany antique extending dining table. This is a very good quality dining table which is made of a good cut of mahogany. The leaves are original and will be the same colour when we have polished it. This is a very versatile dining table the length of which can be several different sizes depending on how many people you are feeding. At its minimum dining size it is almost totally circular and the two furthest ends of the table can be folded for storage or transport to make it into a Pembroke table. When folded the table can be carried easily from room to room without the need to lift and carry it on its side, as it is only 29″ wide when in Pembroke mode, which is smaller than most doorways.
This table has good knee room for an extender because the six legs are tucked unusually far under the table and the frieze is narrower than on most tables of this sort. Please ask about restoration and shipping options or to why not try at home which is charged at only 50p per mile round trip.
