Object Description
Edwardian diamond solitaire engagement ring. Set to centre with a cushion shape old mine diamond, J colour, VS2 clarity, with an approximate weight of 1.51 carats, in an open back claw setting, to an elegant solitaire design featuring curving corner claws, a pierced gallery and open backholing, the slightly raised tapering shoulders supported by cheniers, flowing to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold and platinum, circa 1910, accompanied by HRD Antwerp report #180000064646.
