Object Description
George III period antique mahogany folding tea table. This table is made of very fine quality mahogany which as faded to a deep golden colour with very good deep patina. Unusually there is a useful drawer in the frieze. The legs are tapered with moulding running down the length. The back legs and gate action has been replaced so the knuckle joints are strong and the legs have been extended to make the table a useful height. All in all a very beautiful table that has been updated to make it usable in a modern environment.
