Object Description

An antique sterling silver cream jug in the sparrow beak form. This shape of small size milk jug was popular during the earlier part of the 18th century. With a plain baluster shape on a spreading foot. Gilt interior.

Weight 60 grams, 1.9 troy ounces.
Height 8cm.
Spread 7cm.
Diameter 3.5cs.

Object Condition

The silver jug is in very good condition. Stamped with a full set of clear English silver hallmarks.
