Object Description

A George VI Sterling silver dish which is rectangular shape in design with curved edges, attractive pierced decoration around the borders depicting fruit, vines and leaves, a plain body and resting on a raised pedestal foot. This well made silver dish would be perfect to use on the table as it is practical as well as decorative. It was originally sold in the silver department of Harrod’s and it weighs 17.9 Troy ounces ( 556 grams ).
